Why was my order cancelled

We apologize for the inconvenience. See below for possible reasons why your order might have been cancelled

1. The item(s) sold out.

2. Billing error and or verification issues stemming from the information not matching the card used.

Please note a courtesy email will always be sent to you in the event we are unable to fulfill your order with the reason for cancellation.


What do I do if I receive a defective order?

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

When will my order ship

We aim to fulfill all order within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped we will send you a tracking number, or arrange pick up/drop off options.


Products must be unopened and in it's original condition, . Final Sale, Clearance, Event sales items are non-returnable. Wigs, Cosmetics, and other such products that pose sanitary risks are also non-returnable.


How many bundles do I need for full head?

A: Generally two bundles for lengths shorter or equal to 16" and three or more bundles for lengths over 16" depending on your desired look.

Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

This is likely caused by untreated dry hair. Be sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, or as needed.

Can I straighten/curl this hair?

A: Yes, but don't overdo it, or the hair will become dry and damaged.

Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?

A: You can wash them as you want. Use shampoo and conditioner, we also recommend using a hair treatment every few weeks. We don't recommend blow-drying our extensions, it's best to let the extensions air dry.

Are the knots on the Lace Closures pre-bleached?

A: No.
